How to handle Mark Ingram injury in Week 10 fantasy football

Mark Ingram is on the Ravens final injury report for Week 10. We break down what it means for fantasy football roster decisions.

Game status: Ingram is ACTIVE for Week 10.

Game day update: Ingram “had a good week of practice and should be set to play tonight,” according to Ian Rapoport. He’s the lead back, but you have to wonder if JK Dobbins has earned a bigger role with his recent performances.

Baltimore Ravens running back Mark Ingram is officially listed as questionable for this week’s game against the New England Patriots. But after a full practice session on Friday, he could make his first appearance on the field since Week 6.

Fantasy impact: Mark Ingram (ankle injury)

Ingram has been struggling with an ankle injury that knocked him out of action early in that Week 6 game. His return would complicate the Ravens’ backfield picture, since the team will have Ingram as well as J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards. And, of course, quarterback Lamar Jackson leads the team in both rushing attempts and yardage.

Ingram was averaging just over 37 yards per game before his injury, and he’s only scored twice. Dobbins is the most intriguing play out of this group. He had a slight edge in touches over Edwards last week, 12 to 11, but only managed to accumulate 30 yards. Edwards only had 23 yards, but he did find the end zone. The week before that, Dobbins scorched the Steelers for 113 yards on just 15 carries. Dobbins is clearly the best playmaker of the bunch.
