Golden Tate is on the Giants final injury report for Week 10. We break down what it means for fantasy football roster decisions.

Game status: Tate is ACTIVE for Week 10.

Game day update: Tate “is trending in the right direction to play,” per Ian Rapoport. He still likely behind both Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton in the passing game pecking order.

New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate showed up on the injury report in the middle of the week with a knee injury. After a full practice session on Wednesday, he was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. The team has officially listed him as questionable.

Fantasy impact: Golden Tate (knee injury)

Tate had plenty to say this week, apologizing for his unfortunate social media behavior that got him benched for the team’s Week 9 game. What he did not say was how serious his injury was and whether or not he would be playing this week when they host the Eagles.

Even though Tate found the end zone in each of his last two games, his role in the passing game is pretty minimal. He’s only had six targets in his last three games. Sterling Shepard is the clear No. 1 for Big Blue, and the only receiver here worth regular fantasy consideration.
