Some comfort that it is opposite of the left knee that had major reconstruction and almost ended career w @Vikings .
Update: Coach Matt Rhule didn’t have an update on Bridgewater’s knee injury following the game. Bridgewater was forced to the locker-room after getting hit low on a sack late in the fourth quarter and didn’t return to the game.
The Panthers quarterback started the game hot, but his second-half was abysmal. On the day he finished with 18-of-24 completions for 136 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Bridgewater completed just four passes for 15 yards and an interception in the second half. P.J. Walker is his backup, but hasn’t shown much in relief so far this season. They would likely be in trouble if Bridgewater is out for an extended period of time.
Update: Bridgewater went to the locker-room and will likely stay there with the game out of hand.
Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was sacked low and forced from the game. He is now having his right knee looked at on the sideline. P.J. Walker has come in with less than five minutes left in the game, down by 16 points.
