Marquez Valdes-Scantling had yet another strong showing in Week 10. The Green Bay Packers wideout has been a great second option for Aaron Rodgers and has helped relieve pressure from Davante Adams. While support out wide should improve in Week 11, MVS could still be a viable waiver wire pickup.
MVS has only caught six passes in his last two games but two of them resulted in touchdowns. He tallied a season-high 149 receiving yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 10 on six targets but took take a step back when Allen Lazard returned from the IR. MVS is only rostered in 17 percent of ESPN/Yahoo leagues and is part of one of the most dynamic passing attacks in football. He’s ability to rack up chunk yardage makes him worth taking a flier on in deeper leagues. It’s unlikely that have his catches will reach the end zone moving forward but his recent progress suggests that he’s taking a step forward.
