Friday update: The Lions have ruled out Golladay for Week 11.

Thursday PM update: Golladay did not practice on Thursday, per Chris Burke, which is a downgrade after he got in limited work on Wednesday. He is trending in the wrong direction for Sunday.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Kenny Golladay was at practice on Wednesday, per MLive’s Kyle Meinke. No news on how much work he’s doing in practice yet, but this is still a great sign for his chances to return after getting no practices in the last two weeks.

Golladay suffered a hip injury in Week 8 against the Colts and this is his first practice since the injury. At 4-5, the Lions aren’t out of the playoff race just yet, so they could push Golladay to get back on the field as soon as he is able.

Golladay missed time earlier in the season with a hamstring injury, but when playing, he’s been his usual top receiving self. In his four full games he’s either caught a touchdown or gone over 100 yards receiving. A matchup with the Panthers this week would be a good one if he can get back this week.
