The New England Patriots’ offense has been a mixed bag of results this season. From the wide receiver spot to running back, there’s been no type of consistency. However, on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, running back Damien Harris appeared to be their lead back.
The second-year running back had a career-high 102 yards on 16 carries and a touchdown. It was the second time this season that Harris reached the century mark. The first time happened in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs, where he had 100 yards on 17 carries and a touchdown.
If you are looking for an RB2 or FLEX option, then you should consider Harris. Now granted, Sony Michel should return sometime this season as he rehabs back from a quad injury. Michel was also reportedly removed from the reserved/COVID-19 list. But until then, Harris is the best bet to handle the carries with Cam Newton and James White. Harris is 47 percent rostered in Yahoo! fantasy leagues, but that will only rise with these types of performances.
