We go over the fantasy football outlook of Hayden Hurst ahead of the Falcons Week 11 matchup against the Saints.

Finding a reliable tight end is tough business these days. However, we might finally have reached a point where Atlanta Falcons tight end Hayden Hurst can be a decent weekly starter in most fantasy football lineups.

Fantasy Football analysis: Falcons TE Hayden Hurst

I don’t know what qualifies as a hot streak for tight ends this season—it is a pretty low bar whatever it is—but Hurst is riding one into this week’s game against the Saints. In his last outing, he caught seven passes on eight targets for 62 yards. That was the third straight game he’s had at least seven targets, and his fourth outing in a row with at least 50 yards.

The Saints have given up six touchdowns to opposing tight ends this season, but they haven’t let one score since Week 5. However, Jordan Reed of the 49ers amassed more than 60 yards against them last week, so Hurst shouldn’t have a problem accruing enough yardage to a decent start in Week 11.
