Terry McLaurin has continued to shine no matter who is at the helm of the Washington Football Team’s offense. Let’s consider what he and Steven Sims Jr. could accomplish this week versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Fantasy Football analysis: Washington WRs Terry McLaurin, Steven Sims Jr.
McLaurin has been a set-it-and-forget-it guy all season long. He has finished just one game with fewer than 10 DraftKings points. In two full games with Alex Smith, McLaurin has accumulated 27.5 and 18.2 points. He saw 17 targets across those two games and caught seven passes in each. He finds himself in a prime smash spot this week against a Cincinnati defense that has permitted six TDs to wide receivers in its last two games. The Steelers had three wideouts who tallied at least 21 fantasy points against the Bengals last week.
Sims Jr. put up a 5-46-0 line on six targets last week versus the Lions. He’s working his way back into shape after missing more than a month due to a toe injury. But he’s still playing far fewer snaps than Cam Sims and is merely a player to watch right now.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Honestly, every other Washington wideout is fighting for scraps behind McLaurin ($6,900), who is a great option in all formats in Week 11.
