In case you haven’t been paying attention lately, Patrick Mahomes is on fire. Sure, we kind of expect him to be playing out of his mind, but that’s no reason to overlook the work he’s doing. Fresh off a bye last week, the Chiefs will take on the Raiders this Sunday, and Mahomes is a sure bet as a QB1.

Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes has nine touchdowns and no interceptions in his last two games. In fact, he’s only thrown ONE pick all season. Fittingly, that one interception came against the Raiders back in Week 5, in what was probably his worst game this season.

Now he has the chance to extract a little revenge. The Raiders have done pretty well against opposing passers lately. They picked off Broncos QB Drew Lock four times last week. But the week before that Justin Herbert of the Chargers threw a pair of scores and 326 yards, with no interceptions. There’s no reason to think Mahomes can’t top those numbers.
