Thinking of starting Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Jake Luton in fantasy football this week? Well, let me save the trouble of going any further with that decision: don’t do it. The risk here far outweighs the reward, especially against a Steelers defense that’s been feasting on quarterbacks this season.
Fantasy Football analysis: Jaguars QB Jake Luton
Last week against Green Bay, Luton had a miserable outing. He was 18-for-35 on his throws with a meager 169 yards. He also got picked off for the second week in a row, and this time by a defense that only has four interceptions on the season. It could get worse this week.
The Steelers have picked off opposing passers 11 times this season, and while their pace has slowed in the last month, they still managed to intercept Lamar Jackson twice in Week 8 and Garrett Gilbert one in Week 9.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Sit Jake Luton.
