We go over the fantasy football outlook of Rob Gronkowski, Cameron Brate ahead of the Week 11 matchup against the Rams.

Rob Gronkowski had a big hand in the Bucs 46-23 win over the Panthers last week, notching 51 yards from two receptions and grabbing a TD in the process. Cameron Brate also had a TD of his own as he went 3-for-3 against the Panthers. Now the Bucs will look forward to their Week 11 matchup against an incredibly tough Rams defense.

Fantasy Football analysis: Bucs TEs Rob Gronkowski, Cameron Brate

Gronk’s production has hit a major uptick as he’s scored in four of his last five games for the Bucs, while tallying at least 41 yards in six of his last eight outings. The Rams have been phenomenal at shutting down wide receivers, but in the process they’ve allowed tight ends to turn out plenty of production against them, so this is a matchup that could bode well for both Gronk and Brate as the Rams will already have their hands full with receivers like Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Antonio Brown on the field.

Gronk is clearly the top tight end in Tampa Bay, amassing a total of 49 targets through the first 10 games as opposed to Brate’s 15 targets throughout the same games. Gronk is a TE1 going forward for the rest of the season, and while Brate will absolutely take a back seat to him in Tampa Bay, he’s not out of the question for managers who own him in their league as he could be a top-25 TE this week especially against a Rams team where the Bucs will rely heavily on their tight ends for production.
