The UCF Knights will be trying to bounce back from their loss last week when they take on the South Florida Bulls Friday at 3:30 p.m. ET.
The Knights (5-3) finished October and headed into November with a three-game winning streak, outscoring opponents by a score of 133-68. However it came to a halt last week when they lost to the 7th-ranked Cincinnati Bearcats 36-33 at home. UCF held a 25-22 lead over the Bearcats heading into the final quarter, but they could not stop Cincy quarterback Desmond Ridder. Ridder produced 395 yards of total offense and four total touchdowns.
Offensively, Golden Knights quarterback Dillon Gabriel completed 51.3 percent of his passes for 243 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception. It was the first time Gabriel threw an interception since Oct. 3 against Tulsa. This season the UCF quarterback is completing 61.7 percent of his passes for 3,017 yards, 26 touchdowns, and three touchdowns.
As for South Florida, they were scheduled to play Navy last week but the game was postponed. The last time we saw the Bulls play, they lost 56-21 to the Houston Cougars. The Bulls’ defense could not stop Houston quarterback Clayton Tune, who had 285 total yards of offense (120 rushing), five total touchdowns, and an interception. This season, South Florida’s defense is giving up 424.5 total yards of offense per game, which is good news for UCF.

The Best Bet
This game should be easy for the Golden Knights as they take on the one-win Bulls on Black Friday. We saw the Bulls hang tough with the Memphis Tigers, losing 34-33 on the road. However, they came back down to earth against Houston and will have troubles stopping the UCF offense, which features Gabriel, Otis Anderson, and Marlon Williams. That being said, do not take the spread here and instead opt for the under 67 points to kickoff your weekend.
Pick: Under 67 points
