Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is on a hot streak. He posted his third game in a row with 100 or more receiving yards last week, adding his seventh touchdown of the season. He’s got a difficult matchup this week against the Buccaneers, but don’t let that scare you away from leaving him in the TE1 spot where he belongs.
Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs WR Travis Kelce
Kelce had 127 yards and a touchdown last week against the Raiders, catching eight passes on 10 targets. That was his second-best yardage total of the year so far, with his best coming the game before—159 yards against the Panthers. He is indisputably the best tight end in fantasy football this season, and it’s not even close.
The Bucs have allowed six touchdowns to tight ends all season, and opponents are averaging a combined 49 yards per game from their tight ends when facing the Bucs. However, so few tight ends are Travis Kelce, I wouldn’t let those numbers worry me.
