There might not be a better player to have on a fantasy football roster this season than Dalvin Cook. The Minnesota Vikings running back leads the NFL with 13 rushing touchdowns, and he’s already racked up more than 1,000 yards on ground—and he even missed a game. He’s got the chance to put up more of his consistently incredible numbers this week against Carolina.
Fantasy Football analysis: Vikings RB Dalvin Cook
Cook had 115 rushing yards on 27 attempts last week against Dallas, chipping in another 45 yards on five catches for good measure. He also scored a touchdown, one week after being held without a score for the first time all season. He’s run for more than 100 yards in five out of the nine games he’s played this season, topping 150 yards in three of them.
The Panthers kept the Lions’ running backs in check last week, but that had way more to do with the Lions being terrible. The week before that, Ronald Jones of the Bucs broke loose for 192 yards and a touchdown against Carolina. Cook is once again an easy pick for RB1 this week.
