We go over the fantasy football outlooks of Rob Gronkowski and Cameron Brate ahead of the Bucs Week 12 matchup against the Chiefs.

If you’re looking for a fill-in option at tight end—and let’s face it, who’s not—the Tampa Bay Buccaneers might have something for you. Both of their top tight ends have found the end zone over their last two games; however, one is a better pick than the other.

Fantasy Football analysis: Bucs TEs Rob Gronkowski, Cameron Brate

Gronk was targeted six times last week, and he caught two of those throws for 25 yards. He did not find the end zone as Tom Brady struggled, but he’s still got four touchdowns in his last six games. Both Brate and Gronk scoreD in Week 10 against the Panthers, but it was more of an outlier game for Brate. He’s only found the end zone twice and has topped 40 yards just once this season. Gronk is a decent TE2 option because of his scoring potential, while Brate is best left out of lineups.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Rob Gronkowski. Sit Cameron Brate.
