Phillip Lindsay ruled out with 3rd quarter knee injury vs. Saints

Broncos RB Phillip Lindsay has left the game with a knee injury after leading the team in carries.

UPDATE: The Broncos quickly ruled Lindsay out for the rest of the game.

Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay is dealing with some kind of injury, with trainers looking at him on the sideline, according to Broncos beat writers. He was on the sideline when the Broncos offense went back on the field after a Saints turnover and remained out for the drive.

Lindsay leads the team with nine carries, rushing for 20 yards. He also lost the ball on a bad snap from the center while in the wildcat formation.
