Nick Foles is what he is—a decent enough quarterback in the right system to help a team that’s already pretty strong overall win games. Unfortunately, that doesn’t translate into fantasy football glory, since there’s no reward for having an adequate game manager in your lineups.
Fantasy Football analysis: Bears QB Nick Foles
Foles had a decent enough game last week against the Saints, throwing for 272 yards, a season high, and two touchdowns, only the second time this season he’s had multiple touchdowns in a game. He also added one pick and very nearly a second.
He is a decent play against the Tennessee Titans this week. They’ve allowed opposing quarterbacks to throw an average of 277 yards per game with 17 touchdowns to nine interceptions. You could do worse if you need a streaming option to plug into your lineup this week. Even Gardner Minshew had three touchdowns against the Titans this season, so it’s not unreasonable to think Foles could come away with a couple scores himself.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Nick Foles.
