On Saturday afternoon the 1-1 Michigan Wolverines travel to take on Big Ten foe in the 2-0 Indiana Hoosiers.
Indiana has already shocked the college football world once in this abbreviated Big Ten season. They’ll look to do it again Saturday as they take on a Michigan defense that hasn’t been too great so far. Last week Michigan fell to the Michigan State Spartans. Quarterback Joe Milton struggled, even though his stats look decent thanks to a long drive at the end of the game. Team’s run offense was not there, putting up over 100 yards less than it did the previous week.
Indiana’s offense took a huge step forward last week against Rutgers. The Hoosiers gained a total of 372 yards last week after putting up just 211 in the team’s overtime win over Penn State two weeks ago. If quarterback Michael Penix Jr. can continue that upward trajectory, this team could be dangerous, especially because of its ballhawking defense. Through two games the team has sic takeaways, three in each week. Five of the six have been interceptions. Milton has yet to turn the ball over yet this season, but this defense will test him for sure.

The Best Bet
Indiana has been a ton of fun to watch over the last couple weeks and its a very solid team. But Michigan can out-talent the Hoosiers in virtually every position. Coming off a horrible game against MSU, the Wolverines will look to get back on track in a big way.
Pick: Michigan -4
