In the only bantamweight bout on preliminary card for UFC Vegas 13, Gustavo Lopez will fight Anthony Birchak this Saturday live from Las Vegas and available on ESPN+.

The 31-year-old Lopez is entering the octagon with a professional fighting record of 11-5. Saturday will be Lopez’s second-ever UFC fight as he lost first bout at UFC on ESPN 10 in June to Merab Dvalishvili by unanimous decision. Before making the jump to UFC, he fought at Combate Americas 42, where he secured a Round 1 KO in 2019.

Birchak is returning to the UFC, after not having his contract renewed in Feb. 2017. The 34-year-old last fought in the UFC in 2016, where he won a split decision over Dileno Lopez. But that was not good enough so Birchak took his talents elsewhere.

Over the last few years, the veteran fighter has fought at RIZIN, Combate Americas, and LFA 72.

Here are the betting splits at DraftKings Sportsbook for Gustavo Lopez vs. Anthony Birchak at UFC Vegas 13 on November 7th.

Betting splits

Gustavo Lopez: -108, (82% of action, 68% of bets)
Anthony Birchak: -106, (18% of action, 32% of bets)

DraftKings DFS Values

Gustavo Lopez: $8,000
Anthony Birchak: $8,200

This match is a toss-up and picking a fighter for DFS is the same way. Despite their prices, we do not know how Lopez will do in his second UFC fight. He did not perform well fantasy wise, scoring seven fantasy points. Meanwhile, “El Toro” Birchak is just coming back to the big stage after a few years. Fade both of these choices for DFS.
