What to do with Anthony Miller, Darnell Mooney in Week 9 fantasy football

We go over Anthony Miller, Darnell Mooney’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Bears Week 9 matchup against the Titans.

Both Anthony Miller and Darnell Mooney play in the shadow of Allen Robinson, for a Chicago Bears team that’s best option under center is Nick Foles. Despite what looks like a deck stacked against them, they have both been able to produce at a fair clip this season. The only catch is that it can make it hard to determine which receiver is a better option for fantasy lineups.

Fantasy Football analysis: Bears WRs Anthony Miller, Darnell Mooney

Mooney has outproduced Miller. A rookie fifth-round pick out of Tulane, Mooney has 305 yards on 26 catches compared to 262 yards on 27 receptions for Miller. Last week against the Saints, Mooney was targeted six times, catching five passes for 69 very nice yards and a touchdown. But Miller had an edge in that games with eight catches on 11 targets for 73 yards, even beating out Robinson for target share.

Some of that can be attributed to the defense being more keyed in on the No. 1 receiver. In all likelihood, Miller will go back to being second fiddle to Mooney for the No. 2 option at the position this week against the Titans.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Darnell Mooney. Sit Anthony Miller.
