Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry faces is a tricky matchup, but fantasy owners have to be excited they go in every week with a talented, true workhorse running back on their roster.

Let’s dive in a little more on Henry’s upcoming matchup.

Fantasy Football analysis: Titans RB Derrick Henry

Henry rushed the ball 18 times for 112 yards and a touchdown in his last time out, a 31-20 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals last weekend. This was Henry’s fourth 100-yard game on the season, and he has scored in each of the last five games with eight total touchdowns.

Henry and the Titans will square off against the Chicago Bears in Week 9 at home. The Bears lost to the New Orleans Saints at home in overtime 26-23 last weekend and allowed 67 yards on 12 carries to Alvin Kamara on the ground, though most of his damage was done through the air with nine catches for 96 yards.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Henry is a must-start every single week. If you have him, he is likely your No. 1 running back and should be inserted into lineups without any question outside of an injury moving forward.
