So far this season, Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr 1,837 yards, 14 touchdowns, and just two interceptions. Those aren’t MVP numbers through seven games, but his solid play week to week has made him a decent option in fantasy football lineups. So what about this week against the Chargers?
Fantasy Football analysis: Raiders QB Derek Carr
Carr saw his lowest production totals of the season last week against the Browns, throwing just one touchdown and 111 yards. It had more to do with the weather in Cleveland. Prior to that outing, Carr has thrown at least two touchdowns and more than 250 yards in every game since Week 1.
He has a great chance to post big numbers this week against the Chargers. Opposing quarterbacks are averaging 26 points per game against Los Angeles. Drew Lock had three scores last week, and Gardner Minshew had a pair the week before that.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Derek Carr.
