What to do with Hunter Henry in Week 9 fantasy football

We go over Hunter Henry’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Chargers Week 9 matchup against the Raiders.

The Los Angeles Chargers passing game has been a lot more productive, exciting, since Justin Herbert took over quarterback duties. And while that’s been a boon for a lot of their players’ fantasy football outlook, it’s not trickled down as much as it could for tight end Hunter Henry.

Fantasy Football analysis: Chargers TE Hunter Henry

Henry caught all four passes thrown to him last week against the Broncos, collecting 33 yards in the process. That was his highest yardage output in two games, and he hasn’t found the end zone since Week 5, his only score of the season.

Still, Henry is about as sure-handed as it gets, and he’s a regular enough part of the passing game that he can produce in any given week. He had 206 yards through the first three weeks of the season. It’s also worth pointing out that the Chargers’ opponent this week, the Raiders, can be susceptible to tight ends. They gave up touchdowns to Rob Gronkowski and Travis Kelce earlier this season. It’s not out of the question that Henry could have a solid day.
