We go over Daniel Jones’s fantasy football outlook ahead of the Giants Week 9 matchup against Washington.

It’s easy to look at the scoreboard from last week’s game when the New York Giants came oh so close to upsetting the heavily favored Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And though it was an impressive team effort, don’t let that fool you into thinking that maybe quarterback Daniel Jones is a decent option in fantasy football.

Fantasy Football analysis: Giants QB Daniel Jones

Jones had 256 yards on a 25-for-41 effort last week, his highest yardage total since the first week of the season. He also had two touchdowns, the second game in a row he’s thrown multiple scores. However, he also threw two picks, and very nearly had a couple more interceptions in that game. On the season, Jones now has nine interceptions to just seven touchdowns. He’s also got five fumble, losing four of them.

This week’s game against Washington is an easier one, but it’s not the opponent you have to be worried about — it’s Jones himself.
