Fantasy production does not come easy for anyone on the New York Giants. The team’s offensive struggles have a tendency to hold almost everyone down from week to week. But with a Week 9 date against Washington, could tight end Evan Engram finally produce?
Fantasy Football analysis: Giants TE Evan Engram
Engram has 19 targets over his last two games. He’s one of quarterback Daniels Jones’ top options in the passing game, but he has just 106 yards to show for the effort. He still hasn’t found the end zone, and he’s topped 50 yards just twice this season.
Washington has been up and down against tight ends. Dallas Goedert had 101 yards and a touchdown back in Week 1, and more recently, Mark Andrews of the Ravens had 57 yards and two scores. However, over their last two games, Washington has virtually erased opposing tight ends, including Engram, who had just 30 yards on two catches back in Week 6.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Sit Evan Engram.
