The NFL is back for Week 9 of the 2020 regular season, and is on track for another on-time Sunday schedule. Covid-19 raised some concerns earlier in the week, and resulted in a Packers-49ers game that was fairly shorthanded. But, the rest of the week is happening on time at this point.
We have another unbalanced Sunday schedule with eight games at 1 p.m. ET and three in the 4:05/4:25 p.m. time slot. The early schedule is highlighted by two big inter-conference matchups featuring Seahawks-Bills and Bears-Titans, with Ravens-Colts as the big AFC matchup. The late schedule isn’t great, but Raiders-Chargers and Dolphins-Cardinals should be fun.
We have a few big names still in question as of Sunday morning. Most notably, both Michael Thomas and Chris Godwin are questions heading into Sunday Night Football and Ezekiel Elliott could be a game-time decision.
We’ll be keeping an eye out for news on pertinent players and figuring out last minute roster decisions. That means not only who is not playing this week, but who is playing but might not be the best start in your Week 9 fantasy football lineup. We’ll provide updates on injuries, key start/sit decisions, and more leading up to 1 p.m. kickoffs.
