UPDATE: Herbert returned on the next drive.

The Los Angeles Chargers might have survived a scare in Week 9. Justin Herbert scrambled and threw a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter, but a defender landed on his leg and Herbert was slow getting up. He walked off under his own power, but because of the injury stoppage, Tyrod Taylor came on to attempt a two-point conversion. The Chargers could have gotten Herbert back for the conversion attempt but would have had to use a timeout.

Herbert is 19 of 30 for 263 yards and two touchdowns with the Chargers trailing 28-26.
