The 2020 NBA Draft is set for November 18th after the longest season in League history. The order for the first and second round is set and we already know that the Minnesota Timberwolves will be selecting No. 1 overall after winning the NBA Draft Lottery back in August. Some of the top prospects who could be selected high in the draft include SG Anthony Edwards, G LaMelo Ball and C James Wiseman, among others.

The Knicks loaded up on veteran PFs last offseason after whiffing on multiple big-ticket free agents. Julius Randle and Taj Gibson are still around but Marcus Morris was shipped out for picks. The Knicks are always going to be motivated by the free agent market, trying to have enough cap space to sign multiple max players. Adding a prospect with upside at No. 8 is important since it creates a stronger roster with cap flexibility. The Knicks have four picks to play with in this draft.

Here, we’ll be going over all the draft picks for the New York Knicks in the first and second rounds.

First Round: No. 8 overall, No. 27 (LAC’s first-round pick; NYK owns rights)
Second Round: No. 36 (PHI owns rights), No 38. (CHA’s second-round pick; NYK owns rights)
