Four teams have been eliminated from the playoff picture, and four more can be eliminated in Week 14. We break down the scenarios.

The NFL is headed into the final four weeks of the 2020 regular season, and two teams have clinched playoff berths. The Saints and Chiefs clinched last week, and a handful of teams can clinch playoff berths and/or division titles this week.

We have already seen the Jets, Jaguars, Bengals, and Chargers eliminated from playoff contention, and Sunday could see four more teams eliminated. Scenarios below come courtesy of NFLPlayoffScenarios.com.

Dallas Cowboys

A loss plus a Washington win plus a win by one of the Vikings, Cardinals, Bears, or Lions.

The Cowboys are 3.5-point road favorites against the Bengals, so it’s possible none of the rest of that sequence makes any difference. Washington is a 3.5-point underdog at the 49ers, the Vikings are 6.5-point underdogs at the Bucs, the Cardinals are 2.5-point favorites at the Giants, the Bears are one-point home underdogs to the Texans, and the Lions are 7.5-point home underdogs to the Packers.

Atlanta Falcons

A loss plus a Buccaneers win or tie plus a Cardinals win or Cardinals tie plus 49ers win; OR
A loss plus a Lions win or tie plus a Cardinals win or Cardinals tie plus 49ers win

The Falcons are 2.5-point road favorites against the Chargers, so again it’s possible none of the rest of that sequence makes any difference.

Houston Texans

A loss, of if they win:
Colts and Titans win/tie, OR
Titans and Dolphins win/tie, OR
Colts/Raiders tie, Dolphins win/tie, Ravens win, Patriots loss/tie, OR
Colts win, Dolphins tie, Ravens win, Patriots loss/tie, Saints win, Chargers win, Jets win, Lions loss, Bengals loss

The Texans are one-point road favorites against the Bears in what looks like a toss-up game.

Denver Broncos

A loss or tie, or if they win:
Titans win/tie, Dolphins win/tie, Colts win, OR
Titans win/tie, Colts tie

The Broncos are 3.5-point road favorites against the Panthers.
