Game day update: After a huge game last week, the Cleveland Browns’ top two receivers could be dragged back down to Earth this week against the Ravens defense. ESPN is projecting 10.4 points for Higgins and 13.8 for Landry.

Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins each had a field day in Week 13 when the Browns took on the Tennessee Titans. Each of these receivers were able to eclipse the 20 point mark and shared a pair of touchdowns. These circumstances weren’t all that surprising, as the Titans have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. Things will get tougher in Week 14 against the Baltimore Ravens, who have allowed the 7th fewest fantasy points to opposing fantasy receivers. Do either of these receivers belong in your starting lineup in a tough matchup? We break down the fantasy analysis below.

Fantasy Football analysis: Browns WRs Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins

Jarvis Landry brought in eight of ten targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 to finish with 20.44 fantasy points. This was Landry’s second-highest point total of the season, bested only by his 28 point performance in Week 12. Baker Mayfield and Landry appear to be in sync as of late and it’s promising for Landry’s fantasy value that Mayfield seems to have developed trust in him. A repeat performance is unlikely given the Raven’s impressive track record against opposing wideouts so far this season. Even so, Landry has a large enough target share in this offense to be considered for WR3/flex purposes. Feel free to play him accordingly.

Rashard Higgins had a disappointing one catch performance in Week 12 prior to bouncing back in Week 13 for six receptions for 95 yards and one touchdown. Higgins finished with his highest point total of the season at 21.5 PPR points. It was a fantasy point high and a new high for targets as Mayfield looked his way nine times in the contest. Prior to this, he hadn’t had more than 6 receptions in any game. Week 13 was likely the best we will see out of Higgins this season. He hasn’t produced a track record that would give fantasy owners confidence in starting him this weekend and he should therefore remain on the bench in standard leagues.
