Game day update: With a game against a tough Colts defense on tap, it’s not a great week to lean on any of the Raiders wide receivers. ESPN is projecting 11.1 points for Agholor, 7.3 for Ruggs, and 7.8 for Renfrow.
The Las Vegas Raiders wide receivers haven’t been consistent enough for any of them to stay in fantasy lineups week after week whether it’s Henry Ruggs, Nelson Agholor or Hunter Renfrow. If you have any of these players and are wondering what to do with them in Week 14, let’s take a closer look.
Fantasy Football analysis: Raiders WRs Henry Ruggs, Nelson Agholor, Hunter Renfrow
In the last time out in a 31-28 win over the New York Jets, Ruggs led all Raider wide receivers with 84 yards on three catches and four targets his way with a touchdown. Agholor was targeted 11 times but caught just four balls for 38 yards, and Renfrow caught four of six targets for 47 yards.
Derek Carr went tight end Darren Waller’s way 17 times with 13 catches for 200 yards and two touchdowns.
The Raiders will match up with the Indianapolis Colts, which allows the eighth fewest passing yards per game. In Indianapolis’ last game, the defense allowed Houston’s Keke Coutee to go for 141 yards on eight catches, and Chad Hansen caught five balls for 101 yards.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Fantasy owners can probably stay away from Las Vegas pass catchers. Agholor can be used as a low-end wide receiver No. 4 at best. Ruggs and Renfrow can hit the bench for fantasy purposes.
