What to do with Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde in Week 14 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde ahead of the Seahawks Week 14 matchup against the Jets.

Game day update: The Seahawks would be wise to give more work to a healthy Chris Carson this week against the Giants. Just going off ESPN’s projections, he looks like he’s in for a solid outing, with a prediction of 16.99 points. Hyde is looking at less than 6 points taking a backseat to Carson.

Chris Carson is looking like he’s firing on all cylinders lately, just in time for the Seahawks who need his presence on the ground. Seattle is at home this week against the New York Jets, which is a golden opportunity for Carson to really pad his fantasy stats.

Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks RB Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde

Carson had 65 yards on 13 carries last week in a loss to the Giants. He also caught three passes on six targets for 45 yards and a touchdown. A healthy Carson didn’t leave much work for Carlos Hyde, who had just two rushing attempts and three catches on three targets.

Head coach Pete Carroll made it clear earlier this week that he wants Carson to carry a full workload, and he’ll have the chance to do that and more against the Jets this week. Hyde could get some work in garbage time against the Jets, but it’s hard to bank on that for fantasy scoring.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Chris Carson. Sit Carlos Hyde.
