Game day update: After a down game in his last outing, Washington’s No. 1 receiver, Terry McLaurin, has a great chance to bounce back this week against Seattle. ESPN is projecting 15.9 points for him.
Washington Football Team wide receiver Terry McLaurin improved to a full participant in practice late this week and should be good to go for the Week 14 matchup. If you’re wondering what to do with him from a fantasy perspective, we’ve got you covered.
Fantasy Football analysis: Washington WR Terry McLaurin
McLaurin was a limited participant on Wednesday’s practice with an ankle injury, but he practiced in full on Thursday. In his last time out, a 23-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, McLaurin caught just two of six targets for 14 yards. This was certainly not an expected outcome as McLaurin had six consecutive games of finishing with 74 receiving yards or more coming into it.
McLaurin should get back on track going up against a middle-of-the-road passing defense in Week 14 at the San Francisco 49ers. San Francisco ranks 18th among NFL teams in yards allowed per pass attempt. The 49ers struggled to contain the Buffalo Bills passing attack last weekend when Josh Allen completed 32 of 40 passes for 375 yards and four touchdowns. Cole Beasley had nine catches for 130 yards and a touchdown, and Stefon Diggs added 10 catches for 92 yards. Gabriel Davis also had three catches for 68 yards and a score.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
If McLaurin is playing in this game, he should be in your starting lineup as a low-end wide receiver No. 1 or a high-end No. 2 wideout.
