What to do with Tua Tagovailoa in Week 14 fantasy football

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Tua Tagovailoa ahead of the Dolphins Week 14 matchup against the Chiefs.

After some question about whether or not he would be available, the Miami Dolphins gave rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa the start last week against the Bengals. He finished the game with 296 yards and a touchdown. This week he’s got a date with a Chiefs team that has a fair claim to being the best in the AFC.

Fantasy Football analysis: Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa

Tagovailoa looked pretty rusty to start last week’s game, but he finished strong without turning over the ball, which is something. The Dolphins run a pretty conservative offense with their first-year signal-caller, but they may be forced to open things up a little more this week given the matchup.

Opposing quarterbacks are averaging nearly 25 fantasy points per game against the Chiefs over their last four games. That number’s held down a bit by Drew Lock’s uninspired performance last week. However, the Chiefs have also managed five interceptions over their last three outings.

Tagovailoa is a decent streaming option this week, a QB2.
