The Cowboys are coming off two tough losses and will look to get back on track in Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Andy Dalton will also look forward to an easier matchup than he has had in the last few weeks. Though his matchup may be better, will his performance improve enough to make him worthy of a starting spot in your fantasy roster? We break down the fantasy analysis below.
Fantasy Football analysis: Cowboys QB Andy Dalton
Andy Dalton has thrown three touchdowns in the last two games, but he has also tacked on two interceptions along with them. Dalton has plenty of offensive weapons to choose from, but despite being surrounded by talent, he has failed to reach the 20 point mark in any game this season. He attempted 48 passes in Week 13, completing 31 of them for 285 yards. There is opportunity for success for Dalton is the passing volume of the offense remains this high, but there is less chance of the Cowboys falling behind this week and the passing volume may decline accordingly. Dalton has not proven himself to be effective enough to take a gamble on him, even in a plus matchup. He should remain on the bench in standard leagues this week.
