Best value lineup strategy for Chargers-Raiders TNF Showdown

We go over some of the top DFS value plays for Thursday’s Chargers-Raiders game.

The Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders will kick off Week 15 in a Thursday Night Football matchup at Allegiant Stadium. DraftKings will have a Showdown contest available for the matchup and we’ve identified a couple of value plays worth considering ahead of its 8:20 p.m. ET start time. Here are some of the top DFS options at $5,000 or less.

Hunter Renfrow, WR, Raiders ($4,800)

Renfrow’s snap count has mirrored Nelson Agholor’s for the past three weeks. He’s only second to Darren Waller in receptions and ranks third in receiving yards for the Raiders this year. He doesn’t appear to possess the same upside as Agholor but has arguably been Las Vegas’s most consistent wideout. He’s caught at least two passes in 12 of the 13 games he’s played in this season.

Daniel Carlson, K, Raiders ($3,600)

Carlson has cooled off after starting the season hot but remains a top-three fantasy kicker. He’s only scored less than 7 DKFP once this season and has cracked double-digits six times. Few players under $5,000 have a floor as high as Carlson.

Devontae Booker, RB, Raiders ($1,800)

Josh Jacobs trolled the fantasy world over the weekend by announcing that he wasn't playing against the Indianapolis Colts but took the field and totaled 13 carries. Booker split time with Jalen Richard ($1,200) and tallied four carries and three receptions of his own. Richard is still getting back into the flow of things after missing time with a chest injury so Booker could get at least seven touches for a seventh straight game.
