What to do with J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards in Week 15 of the fantasy football playoffs

We go over the fantasy football outlook of J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards ahead of the Ravens Week 15 matchup against the Jaguars.

Game day update: JK Dobbins is officially leading this backfield and Mark Ingram has dropped behind both him and Gus Edwards in the work share. For Week 15, ESPN projects Dobbins with 13.9 points in PPR leagues, Edwards with 7.6, and Ingram with 3.0.

Baltimore’s ground game took on an outsized role in last Monday’s dramatic win over the Browns. Leading the way was rookie J.K. Dobbins with 53 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Gus Edwards punched the ball in twice, adding another 49 yards on seven rushing attempts. They’ve both got a golden opportunity this week against the Jaguars.

Fantasy Football analysis: Ravens RBs J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the Ravens are playing better now that the team has given Dobbins the primary running back role (acknowledging that the running game works best because of what quarterback Lamar Jackson brings to it.) The rookie has now scored in three straight games. Edwards is contributing too. He had 101 yards the week before last against Dallas.

The Jaguars have been gashed by opposing running backs all season long, Three different players have topped the 100-yard mark in each of their last three games. The Ravens will likely be able to turn it over to their running backs to run out the clock in this one too. Dobbins is a borderline RB1/2 this week. Edwards makes a decent RB3 or Flex play.
