Baltimore Ravens quarterback Robert Griffin III pulled up on a run to the sideline late in the second quarter, but stayed in the game and appeared to be okay. Now with about six minutes left in the game, backup Trace McSorley has taken over and Griffin is on the sideline with his leg wrapped.

Griffin wasn’t moving the ball against the Steelers tough defense, but did have enough runs to give them a semblance of a chance, so he may actually be injured rather than replaced due to how he was playing. It’s hard to tell at this point, but we should get an update.
