The San Francisco 49ers head to Jerry World this weekend to take on the Dallas Cowboys and we got all the information on what you should do if you have SF’s QB1 on your fantasy team.
Fantasy Football analysis: 49ers QB Nick Mullens
Nick Mullens has been surprisingly good from a fantasy standpoint. He’s produced three games of 17+ fantasy points since taking over for Jimmy Garoppolo. But has only eclipsed the 20 point mark one time, thanks to a ton of garbage time yards against the Buffalo Bills.
Mullen’s isn’t going to toss for a ton of touchdowns this week, he’s only had two multiple-touchdown games in 2020. The Cowboys give up a lot of scores through the air, 27 this season, but don’t give up a lot of yards at all. That’s kind of the opposite of what Mullens does. He gets yards, but not a lot of scores.
San Francisco is a run-heavy team to begin with and Dallas gives up a good chunk of yards rushing each week. Mullens probably won’t play an overwhelming role in a win or a loss in this one.
