The UTSA Roadrunners and Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns will face off in the 2020 First Responder Bowl. The game will take place at the Dallas, Texas at Ford Stadium on the campus of Southern Methodist University. Kickoff is currently scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on December 26th. The game will air on ABC and will be available via live stream at WatchESPN.

The UT-San Antonio Roadrunners (7-4) finished second in the C-USA West division and on a three-game winning-streak. UTSA was scheduled to play the SMU Mustangs in the Frisco Bowl, but it was canceled because of COVID-19 concerns inside SMU’s program. A player to watch out for in this game is running back Sincere McCormick, who rushed for 1,345 rushing yards on 226 carries and 11 touchdowns. In UTSA’s last five games, McCormick has produced at least 100 rushing yards four times and seven touchdowns.

The 19th-ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns (9-1) were scheduled to play Coastal Carolina in the Sun Belt Championship on Saturday, but the game was canceled due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic. Louisiana comes to postseason on a six-game winning-streak, which can be credited to the play of quarterback Levi Lewis. Lewis has completed 60 percent of his passes for 2,128 yards, 17 touchdowns, and seven interceptions this season. He also produced a career-high 310 rushing yards and five touchdowns.
