Cheez-It Bowl game odds: Opening line for Oklahoma State vs. Miami

We’ve got an early look at the opening odds for the Cheez-It Bowl game between Oklahoma State Cowboys and Miami Hurricanes.

The first bowl game between ranked teams will be the Cheez-It Bowl between the Oklahoma State Cowboys and Miami Hurricanes on Tuesday, Dec. 29. Kickoff is scheduled for at 5:30 p.m. ET from Orlando, Florida. You can check it out on ESPN as well as the WatchESPN app.

How they got here

Oklahoma State had some decent hype going into the season as potential Big 12 champs, but failed to reach the title game. The Cowboys finished 7-3 overall including 6-3 in conference play for third place. Oklahoma State started 4-0 before losing three of its next five games to fall out of contention. Miami received a much-needed boost at quarterback with D’Eriq King transferring from Houston. The Hurricanes started their season at 8-1 with their lone loss coming to Clemson before they were destroyed 62-26 against North Carolina at home to close out the year.
