The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers and Georgia State Panthers will face off in the 2020 LendingTree Bowl on December 26. The game will take place at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama.
Panthers head coach Shawn Elliott led the team to a 5-4 record with their biggest win of the season back in Week 2 against East Carolina. Georgia State was demolished by Coastal Carolina, who beat them 51-0 on their own home turf.
Western Kentucky finished the season strong with three consecutive wins, but it was a bumpy road to get there. They started the year at 2-6 prior their late-season run and will look to continue to build on those victories heading into the LendingTree Bowl.
