The Texas Longhorns and Colorado Buffaloes will face off in the 2020 Alamo Bowl on Tuesday, December 29. The game will take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas with kickoff at 9:00 p.m. ET.
The Longhorns closed out the season ranked No. 20 in the AP Poll with a 6-3 record under coach Tom Herman. Texas has had a winning record since Herman began coaching the team in 2017. Their biggest win of the season came against the No. 6 Oklahoma State Cowboys where they beat them on the road 41-34.
The Buffaloes finished the year at 4-1 after a late start to the season in November. They didn’t beat any team by a margin larger than 10 points, and lost their final game of the season at home against Utah.
