UPDATE: Alvin Kamara becomes the second player ever to record six rushing touchdowns in one game, the last time taking place in 1929. What a game for Kamara.

UPDATE: Make that five rushing touchdowns for Kamara! If you are facing him this week in the fantasy championship game, our condolences. If you have him rostered, congratulations!
The New Orleans Saints Alvin Kamara hadn’t been the focal point of the offense of late, but that changes on Christmas Day, as Kamara has scored a whopping four touchdowns with a whole quarter and change left in the game.
So far, Kamara has 16 carries for 130 yards and those four touchdowns. He’s caught 2-of-4 targets for 10 yards to add a little gravy to those savory touchdowns.
Drew Brees has thrown 13 completions for 189 yards and two interceptions, as his ribs and age appear to be holding him back, but Kamara has taken up the slack with his huge game.
The Saints lead 31-20 with a minute and change left in the third quarter, so there’s really no reason that Kamara can’t find the end zone again. The record for rushing touchdowns in a game is five, with five players tied for that distinction. If Kamara gets in on this next drive, they have to take a few shots at that record.
