It looks like the Kansas City Chiefs will be leaning on Le’Veon Bell in the backfield to finish out the regular season. Rookie Clyde Edwards-Helaire suffered a leg injury last week, and he is likely to be out until the playoffs. Bell has a great chance to put up some numbers this week against the Falcons, and is a good asset for fantasy football lineups this week.
Fantasy Football analysis: Chiefs RBs Le’Veon Bell
Bell carried the ball 15 times for 62 yards and a touchdown last week against the Saints. He also caught one pass for 14 yards. Darrel Williams added five yards on three carries last week. He could see a few more touches this week, but not enough to bank on him in fantasy.
The Falcons gave up two rushing scores to Leonard Fournette of the Buccaneers last week, and in the two games before that, they let an opposing running back accumulate more than 79 yards in each.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Start Le’Veon Bell as an RB2 this week.
