Game day update: Allen Robinson is expected to play today against the Jaguars, as he’s been dealing with a hamstring injury. ESPN is projecting him at 13.4 fantasy points for the day. Start your studs unless you have another stellar Week 16 option but with the understanding that he could see limited snaps.

The Chicago Bears have scored at least 30 points in each of the past three games. With a matchup versus the Jacksonville Jaguars on tap, there’s a decent chance the Bears will run that streak to four games. What does that mean for the fantasy prospects of the team’s wide receiving corps?

Fantasy Football analysis: Bears WRs Allen Robinson, Anthony Miller, Darnell Mooney

Of course, running back David Montgomery is the player most responsible for these recent outbursts. The Bears are trying to lean on him as much as possible, hiding Mitchell Trubisky in the process. Trubisky threw just 21 times last week against the Vikings, and that kind of game plan could be repeated against the listless Jaguars. That lowers the ceiling of everyone here, but the only man you should be counting on is Robinson. He came away with a serviceable 4-83-0 line on five targets at Minnesota and has tallied double-digit DraftKings points in all but one game this season. He ranks sixth in the league with 9.5 targets per game. If he sees that much action this week, he could absolutely go off against a defense that has allowed at least one 100-yard wideout in eight of its past nine games.

But Robinson also comes with a caveat: Is he healthy? He was held out of practice Thursday because of a hamstring issue. He went through a limited session Friday and is officially questionable for this game. Keep an eye out for any news on his status this morning.

Mooney has made ends meet each of the past two weeks by catching a touchdown, but he has seen just 13 total targets over the previous three games. By comparison, Robinson has been targeted 13 times in two different games over the past four weeks.

Miller has become a forgotten man. He played just 25 percent of the snaps in Week 15 as the Bears went run-heavy. He has three receptions and 29 yards over the past two weeks.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

The matchup is great; you just wonder if the Bears will throw enough to truly take full advantage of it. Mooney ($4,000) and Miller ($3,200) can be ignored if Robinson suits up. Robinson carries a season-high price at $7,700. Trubisky’s consistent reliance on him keeps A-Rob in WR1 territory and someone with a 15-point floor on DraftKings this week. That is, if health permits. With Robinson dealing with a soft-tissue issue, it may be best to fade him in cash games. If he is ruled out before kickoff, Mooney would become an advisable punt play.
