What to do with Gerald Everett, Tyler Higbee in Week 16 of the fantasy football playoffs

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Gerald Everett, Tyler Higbee ahead of the Rams Week 16 matchup against the Seahawks.

After writing them off for weeks, the Los Angeles Rams finally got some production from their tight end duo. Well, one of those tight ends anyway. Tyler Higbee caught four of five targets for 67 yards and a touchdown in last week’s clunker against the Jets. It was enough to maybe make him a decent option in fantasy football this week.

That was Higbee’s best game of the season, and it was also the second game in his last three where he found the end zone. Everett also had five targets in that one, but he came away with just two catches and 28 yards, which was actually his second best game since Week 9.

Despite their improved defensive performance, the Seahawks are still vulnerable against tight ends. Last week, Washington’s Logan Thomas had 101 yards. And back in Week 12, three tight ends from the Eagles combined for 128 yards and two touchdowns. Higbee had 60 yards against the Seahawks the last time these two teams played, back in Week 10.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Higbee is worth a spot in fantasy lineups this week, a TE2 or a streamer if you don’t have one of the few elite options. You can leave Everett out of your lineup.
