The Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson dealt with a hand injury in Week 16, but says he is healthy and will play in week 17, per the Houston Chronicle’s John McClain. Watson has played great this season, but was lacking weapons and a defense to keep games close.
Watson and company will face the Tennessee Titans to finish off this season. This is a big game for the Titans, as a win gives them the AFC South title and a playoff spot. The Texans awful run defense will likely have plenty of trouble with Derrick Henry.
The Texans are currently 4-11 and don’t even have a first-round pick, having traded it to the Dolphins for offensive lineman Jeremy Tunsil. They have plenty of holes to fill both offensively and defensively and with no first-round pick, they’ll need to hit on later round picks. Watson is obviously a great quarterback to build around, but it won’t be easy.
