The Tulsa Golden Hurricane and Mississippi State Bulldogs will face off in the 2020 Armed Forces Bowl on Thursday, December 31st. The game will take place at the Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas.
Tulsa lost the American Conference Championship Game 23-20 at Cincinnati, and finished with a 6-2 record with losses only to Oklahoma State and the Bearcats.
Mississippi State is using this bowl game to get extra practice time after a 3-7 season, and with a new head coach in Mike Leach still making the transition to the Air Raid offense all the additional time on the field is helpful.
