Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard is questionable to play in Wednesday’s game vs. the Portland Trail Blazers. Leonard was held out of the Clippers’ past two games, a blowout loss to the Mavericks and a win over the Timberwolves. He had a collision with teammate Serge Ibaka and needed 8 stitches in his mouth. If Leonard returns, we aren’t sure if he’ll be on a minutes limit or in a full face mask.
Marcus Morris has already been ruled out again. So the Clippers should go with Patrick Beverley, Luke Kennard, Paul George, Nicolas Batum and Serge Ibaka in the starting lineup. Lou Williams and Ivica Zubac should also get a decent amount of run off the bench. The Clippers could go with a tight rotation if Kawhi sits out.
